Mixer body manufactured with a heavy-duty carbon steel or stainless steel construction.
Pulls and ejects fluids through the diffuser end in a 3:1 ratio.
The JetFlo™ offers easy assembly and is simple to install in practically any position within a tank or basin.
Park Process’ JetFlo™ Tank Jet Mixers are a cost-effective and efficient alternative to standard mechanical agitators. The JetFlo™ is simple to install and easy to assemble/disassemble using two groove style clamps to keep the removable parts in place. It can be installed in practically any position in a tank or basin, although there are preferred orientations and locations for the mixers based on the shape and size of the vessel/basin. The body is constructed of durable carbon steel with a special coating (304 or 316 stainless steel construction is also available). The removable nozzle and venturi pieces are made of UHMW Polyethylene (other options include PVC, nylon, kynar, Teflon, other plastics, or stainless steel).
The Park Park Process’s JetFlo™ Tank Jet Mixer is designed to pull three times the amount of surrounding fluid that is pumped through its nozzle, ejecting the mixture in a rapidly expanding plume through the venturi section of the mixer. This action circulates the contents of the tank, thoroughly mixing and blending the fluid. These mixers are made so that the nozzle insert and venturi insert are replaceable without having to replace the complete mixer. In larger tanks, positioning multiple JetFlo Mixers in advantageous locations creates the best mixing action.
Park Process’ JetFlo Tank Jet Mixer provides a powerful and cost-effective mixing and blending solution for wastewater treatment, industrial, and manufacturing applications.
Tank Jet Mixers are effective in industrial, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical heat transfer processes.
The JetFlo™ provides a simple solution for efficiently mixing chemicals, ensuring consistency and uniformity in blended solutions and resulting in a higher quality end product.
Wastewater treatment and chemical manufacturing plants utilize Tank Jet Mixers to adjust pH levels by mixing fluids with a neutralizing agent.
The JetFlo™ creates a flow pattern in tanks and basins that constantly circulates fluids, keeping solids suspended so they don’t settle to the bottom of the tank.
Tank Jet Mixers offer a simple way of mixing sludge in wastewater treatment and other applications where maintaining an even blend is necessary for effective processing.
The JetFlo™ facilitates the flash mixing process in water treatment by uniformly dispersing and blending chemicals such as coagulants, chlorine, and sulfur dioxide into the process stream.
Wastewater treatment plants utilize Tank Jet Mixers in the lime mixing process, which adds limewater (calcium hydroxide) to soften hard water and balance pH levels.
The JetFlo™ can be used for in biodiesel production to properly blend biofuels for a consistent, high-quality end product.
