Built with durable carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, or 316 stainless steel.
Removes suspended solids and particles from water, wastewater, and other fluids.
Multiple filtration tank and vessel models are available in a variety of sizes customizable to your site requirements.
ParKlear™ filtration systems offer versatile and effective water, wastewater, and fluid filtration for a variety of applications. Our high-quality filtration solutions include Cartridge Filter Vessels and Bag Filter Vessels.
Park Process Cartridge Filter Vessels are available in a range of sizes and are designed for flows that can exceed 8,000 gpm. These units are manufactured as single vessel housings or duplex skid-mounted systems. Our Bag Filter technology includes single-bag filter housings, multi-bag filter housings, duplex bag filter systems, and engineered-to-order bag filter systems. High-quality housings are designed for easy operation, offering an economical way to remove dirt, scale, grit, and other contaminates from downstream processes.
Filter Vessels
Cartridge filter vessels filter process water and fluids by trapping solid particles in reusable filter cartridges. The water flows through the cartridges, which have small openings that capture the particles. When flow rate decreases, the filters are ready for cleaning. They are easily removed and replaced via a mechanical head-lift.
Bag filter vessels hold filter bags made of porous materials. The water flows through the bags, which capture and retain solid particles. When the bags become saturated with solids, they are ready for cleaning or replacement.
Sand filter vessels use layers of sand or granular media to filter water and fluids. The media traps solid particles as the water flows through. As needed, the unit can be backwashed using electric, pneumatic, or hydraulically operated valves to remove accumulated particles.
Park Process Filtration Vessels provide efficient and effective filtration for water, wastewater, and process fluids in a wide range of industries and applications.
The irrigation and agriculture industries rely on filtration systems to capture and remove solids like sand, grit, scale, and other contaminants that could harm downstream equipment.
Wastewater treatment plants utilize Park Process filtration systems to pre-coat and remove particles from downstream processes.
Water treatment plants incorporate Filter Vessels into their purification processes to help clear impurities from the water.
Chemical processing and pharmaceutical plants use filtration systems for particle and contaminant removal to ensure consistent batching and formulation.
Breweries, juice and beverage processors, dairy processors, and food manufacturers use filtration systems to eliminate impurities from liquid streams, resulting in higher quality products.
Filter Vessels offer effective solids mixing, separation, and filtration for industrial process water applications.
Contaminants including sand and grit found in well water can be cost-effectively removed using filtration systems by Park Process.
