CECON is the place for professionals from across Texas to collaborate and build relationships! It’s the single annual opportunity where the entire state is represented together and reflects our technical diversity.
CECON is brought to you by the Texas Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers in partnership with the Texas Concrete Pipe Association. We are also partnered with the ASCE Texas Chapters of the Geo-Institute, Structural Engineering Institute, Environmental & Water Resources Institute, Transportation & Development Institute, Utility Engineering & Surveying Institute, and Construction Institute. These Institute Chapters provide special breakout sessions each year and bring the latest technical advances to the annual conference.
Each fall, CECON offers Professional Development Hours (PDHs), participation in legislative and industry panels, face to face interaction with industry suppliers, and opportunities to strengthen relationships with engineers in a wide variety of disciplines.
