Eductor body manufactured with heavy-duty carbon steel or optional stainless steel.
Provides thorough and reliable blending of multiple liquid streams and liquid or powder chemicals.
An effective mixing hopper system for polymer blending, mixing chemicals, slurry walls, and drilling mud.
The Park Process VenturiVac™ Hopper Eductor System is designed for the easy addition of dry materials into a liquid stream. Pumping liquid through the VenturiVac™ eductor nozzle and on through the Venturi section creates a low-pressure zone between these two components. Material is introduced through a conical hopper by gravity into this low-pressure zone where the motive fluid entrains and carries it to the desired discharge point.
It can be combined with a feed hopper to facilitate the addition of chemicals to the eductor’s suction port. This equipment can be skid mounted to enable it to be moved from one location to another. Feed hoppers range in size from 18” diameter conical shaped hoppers for sack material to 2.5 cu. yd. inverted pyramid hoppers for bulk bag unloading. The addition of a feed pump to the VenturiVac™ skid creates a self-contained system. Fluid can be pumped from the source then fed to the VenturiVac™ where dry powder chemicals are added and sent to a receiving tank, process system, vessel, or holding pond.
Our VenturiVac™ MaxSack Hopper model is a bulk bag unloading and conveying eductor system. The The MaxSack system is available in four standard sized eductors (2”, 3”, 4” and 6”), with the hopper section remaining the same for each size.
The VenturiVac™ eductor uses the venturi effect of a converging diverging nozzle to convert the pressure energy of a motive fluid to velocity energy, creating a low-pressure zone that draws in and entrains suction fluid and/or solids. After passing through the throat of the VenturiVac™, the mixed fluid expands and the velocity is reduced which results in re-compressing the mixed fluids by converting velocity energy back into pressure energy. This process allows the exiting stream to continue downstream long distances and upwards many feet of head.
Our VenturiVac™ MaxSack Hopper model uses water as the motive force to unload the bulk bag and carry the material to the desired discharge point.
Park Process Eductor Systems are uniquely engineered to accomplish specific mixing and blending tasks in a versatile range of applications.
Our Eductor Systems provide a simple solution for efficiently batch mixing chemicals, ensuring consistency and uniformity in blended solutions and resulting in a higher quality end product.
Water and wastewater treatment plants can use Eductor Systems for effective polymer blending to aid in flocculation processes.
Park Process Eductor Systems offer an efficient and cost-effective method of transferring solids using liquids.
An Eductor System can be used to effectively and economically mix drilling mud, improving efficiency and lowering costs in drilling operations.
Our Eductor Systems are effective in blending common slurry mixtures like cement-bentonite used to construct slurry walls for building foundations, tunnels, waste containment, and groundwater control.
Water Treatment Plants utilize Eductor Systems to mix, convey, and remove filter media bed materials including anthracite, sand, and resin.
With over 35 years of experience, we offer proven water management innovation, technology, and service.
