With strong roots in Texas, we embrace a pioneering spirit to advance wastewater, stormwater, and water management technologies across the Nation.
ParkUSA, a Northwest Pipe Company, has a background in creating innovative and reliable products that cater to the unique needs of our clients. In addition to our three legacy plants in Houston, San Antonio, and Ferris, Texas, ParkUSA now manufactures precast concrete vaults and fabricated steel housings with preassembled components at other Northwest Pipe Company facilities across the Nation.
We work with engineers and specifiers to develop and manufacture environmental products that are built to project specifications with pre-assembled components. Our Park Process group manufactures municipal and industrial filtration and separation systems focusing on dewatering containers, mixing, and blending equipment.
All our products have the goal of improving water conservation, minimizing impact on public water supply and sewer systems, while of course, maximizing asset performance and profitability.
"The quality and performance of our products are a direct result of our team's engagement and disciplined execution. It's our people, our culture, and our values that make us successful. We're committed to product excellence while contributing to the quality of life for our team, partners, and the communities we serve."
The Company is started in Houston by George Eberly, Jr., a plumbing superintendent, who names the company in honor of his wife’s maiden name.
Company grows from $1 million in sales in 1993 to a $9 million company in 1999.
Company adds two more Texas locations to service its growing client base. Ferris opens their doors in 2001 and San Antonio in 2009.
Brothers George Eberly, III, and Chris Eberly take over shared management responsibilities after their father’s retirement.
ParkUSA is acquired by Northwest Pipe Company. As part of the Company’s strategic plan, growth focuses on the precast concrete water market.
ParkUSA expands beyond Texas and manufactures products at other Northwest Pipe facilities. All three Texas manufacturing plants on path to become NPCA certified.
